Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen is an American model, actress and singer who hails from St. Louis Missouri. Her most well-known role is in the role of Jenny Humphrey, the star on the The CW's Gossip Girl. Momsen's song has appeared in television and film shows such as How to Be a Single and the show Going the Distance. Taylor Momsen has one younger sister, Sloane Momsen. She trained in dance at the Center of Creative Arts St. Louis. Her first role in the professional world was a Shake 'n Bake commercial in the national market at age three. Momsen had a career pause for more than three years prior to being chosen to play the lead role in Misconceptions, a WB TV series. Momsen was also in Saving Shiloh which was a film from 2006. Momsen also tried out for the title role in Hannah Montana and was in the top three, but the role was instead awarded the role to Miley Cyrus.
