Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. Then she received her Pro Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. She earned her Professional Card only one year later when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was off the stage for six years to complete college. In 2015, she came back to the stage to compete at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for several years after her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of 2009. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel completed the first six years of competing to obtain her degree from the college she attended. Her return came in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three month later and was crowned 6th place, for the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel says she was more proud of the result. It is no surprise that Ariel placed well considering she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm using a pull-up machine, and sitting rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the working sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient when it comes to time management. Converting all the back exercises into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she does.
