Annmarie Fairweather is a Human Resources Leader with over 30 years of knowledge. She worked with top executives in different industries to improve business performance, specifically when growth is rapid. She was a thinker in translating the enterprise's strategic plans and goals into business strategies and the engagement of employees. She loves learning and sees the growth of leaders and teams as the most competitive advantages. Through her work with Fortune 500 and smaller companies, she has developed and mentored individuals who have achieved effectiveness and outcomes. Her efforts helped develop cultures which promote innovation in learning as well as positive change for individuals and teams. Annmarie is driven to volunteer her skills and resources to further support Learning Ally's mission. When she has time off she provides assistance to several non-profit organizations.
