Summer Glau has been a ballerina since the time she was an infant. Her dancing abilities include flamenco, tango as well as a range of different kinds. A fractured toe ended her career. Firefly did not last for more than one season, but the show gained an avid audience. The fans of Whedon were so enthusiastic that Whedon returned to the show after two years.
